Con-Tech supplies air brake tank manufacturers with cold formed steel weld spuds that are an integral part of the air reservoirs in truck and trailer braking systems. These steel weld flanges perform reliably on many well known brands, including Freightliner and others. Our resistance welded fittings are available in four sizes, with threads made to NPTF Dry Seal Thread standards and are stocked in volumes sufficient to ensure an uninterrupted supply. All air brake tank fittings are made from 1008 steel wire and are cold headed and machined in a TS-16949 certified factory.
