Drop Forged Closures

2" and 3/4" drop forged plugs and flanges are available in 304 and 316 stainless steel and used primarily on drums containing acids and other corrosive products.

- either 8 TPI (acid) or 11 1/2 TPI (fine) on 2" closures
- 14 TPI on 3/4" closures

Machined Flanges

Machined flanges are used with Tite Seal plugs. Plug gasket materials available include: buna, EPDM, irradiated polyethylene, viton, teflon and white neoprene.
